About EmilyKayo Studio

Creating a safe haven for dance and community in the heart of London.

Our Story

EmilyKayo Studio was born from a passion for creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where adults can discover the joy of movement without judgment or intimidation. As someone who believes that dance should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience level. We aim to build a community that celebrates the beauty of mindful movement, inspired by the RAD Ballet syllabus.

Our vision extends beyond just dance classes. We dream of a dedicated EmilyKayo Studio space with a café that serves as a comfortable waiting room and community hub—a true "third space" where people can connect, share stories, and build friendships before and after class. This café will be the heart of our community, offering a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels they belong.

Currently, we rent beautiful studios across London to bring beginner-friendly ballet and mindful movement classes to adults who might have always wanted to try dance but felt intimidated by traditional dance schools. Every class is designed to be inclusive and focused on the joy of movement rather than perfection.
